Job Description
The Quality Control Technician (HPLC) role at TAPI involves performing detailed analytical testing of stability samples, finished products, and working standards. This position requires strong expertise in HPLC, GC, KF, and Auto Titrator instruments, along with compliance with GMP and GLP standards. Candidates will be responsible for documentation, stability testing, and supporting laboratory operations within a regulated API pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of stability samples, Finish Product samples & working standard qualification activity as per the defined procedure & monograph.
- Deep knowledge about the HPLC, GC, KF, Auto titrator, and vacuum open operation procedure, as well as troubleshooting by following the GLP practices.
- Maintaining a system of methods and specifications for all materials and products.
- Data filling and maintaining the logbooks, certificate, stability report, and stability data in the archive.
- To initiate the LIR / OOS if any procedural gap related to SOP/monograph during routine activity.
- Qualifications of all analytical instruments should be maintained in the stability Section.
- Follow the defined safety procedure during day-to-day activity in the laboratory.
Minimum Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of Quality Control procedures.
- Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Ability to handle instrument troubleshooting and follow documentation protocols.
Qualifications
The candidate must have:
- Experience Level: 3-6 Years
- Industry Experience: API/Pharma Experience is required
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry
