Job Overview:
The Document Management Systems Specialist role focuses on supporting global QMS and DMS initiatives through digital transformation, reporting systems, and process improvement activities. The selected candidate will manage document workflows, support electronic systems, coordinate user permissions, maintain reporting dashboards, and ensure compliance within GMP-regulated operations. The role also includes collaboration with global quality teams, training coordination, technical support activities, and quality documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support QMS and DMS digital transformation initiatives
- Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and databases
- Manage document workflows and user permissions
- Coordinate global user support and issue escalations
- Support GMP compliance and documentation quality reviews
- Assist with training coordination and process improvements
- Participate in enterprise quality system projects
- Maintain QMS webpages and support requests
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
Skills Required:
- Experience with Quality System Management in a GMP-regulated environment
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Power BI
- Experience with electronic systems, data visualization, and reporting tools
- Understanding of process mapping and process performance concepts is an advantage
