MSc Chem/ MPharm Job at Syngene – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct GMP-compliant release and stability testing for drug substances and drug products using HPLC, dissolution, and wet lab techniques.
- Test clinical campaign API samples manufactured in Syngene’s pilot plant.
- Perform reference standard qualifications, method validation, and method transfers.
- Calibrate and qualify analytical instruments including HPLC and dissolution apparatus.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and resolve analytical challenges.
- Manage electronic lab notebooks and ensure GxP-compliant documentation.
- Adhere to cGMP, ICH guidelines, and participate in regulatory inspection readiness (e.g., USFDA, MHRA).
- Support Syngene BMS Laboratory (SBL) stability programs and AGT operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain strict adherence to EHS and quality systems.
MSc Chem/ MPharm Job at Syngene – Eligibility & Skills
- Education:
- For Grade 9-I: M.Sc. Chemistry
- For Grade 9-II: M.Sc. Chemistry or M. Pharm
- Experience:
- Grade 9-I: 1–2 years with M.Sc.
- Grade 9-II: 3–5 years with M.Sc. or 1–2 years with M. Pharm
- Technical Competencies:
- Strong academic and practical foundation in analytical chemistry
- Expertise in method validation, ICH stability testing, and instrument calibration
- Prior experience working in a regulated GMP environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic documentation systems
- Preferred:
- Exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, etc.)
- Strong grasp of GxP documentation standards and regulatory guidelines
