Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the following position at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad.
Project Title: “One position of Project Associate I against the DBT-funded project entitled ‘Antibacterial Nanozyme-mediated Targeted Elimination of Antibiotic Resistant Bacteria’.
PI: Dr. Sanjay Singh.
Post Code: Project Associate I (1 Position)
Tenable upto: One year, likely to be extended based on performance and co-terminus with the duration of the project.
Eligibility: Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Chemical Sciences, MVSc, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognised university or equivalent.
Experience: Candidate with experience in Nanomaterial Synthesis, Microbial and Mammalian Cell culture, Molecular Biology, DNA/RNA extraction, and handling will be given preference.
Fellowship Amount:
- Rs. 31,000/- + HRA (if applicable) for candidates with NET, GATE, or who have undergone a selection process through national-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments, their Agencies, and Institutions.
- Rs. 25,000/- + HRA (if applicable) for others who do not have NET or GATE as per the DST guidelines.
Candidates qualified under Category II from the merit list of the DBT-BET exam are encouraged to apply.
Age: 35 years.

Selection Process: Suitable candidates will be screened, intimated through email, and interviewed by a duly constituted selection committee through online mode.
