Job Responsibilities
- Chemical Analysis: Perform testing of raw materials, flavors, in-process, and finished products per Key Release Specifications (KRS) and Key Process Control (KPC) standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Cosmetics Rules 2020 and lead investigations for lab results outside specifications.
- Laboratory Oversight:
- Implement lab testing expectations in mini-laboratories.
- Maintain accurate and updated lab records ensuring data integrity.
- Train analysts in standard methods and procedures.
- Standardization & Quality:
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support analytical validation for formulas and manufacturing processes.
- Technical Expertise:
- Coordinate corporate programs related to environment, safety, factory performance, and quality.
- Lead implementation of new methodologies and technologies.
- Perform calibration, verification, and qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) for laboratory instruments.
- Operational Excellence:
- Monitor lab supplies inventory and ensure proper handling of reagents and waste disposal.
- Participate in plant rounds to identify improvements in GMP, Foreign Matter Control, and Micro Control Programs.
- Testing & Reporting:
- Perform raw material testing for cosmetic toothpaste manufacturing.
- Report results in the SAP-QM system and generate analytical reports.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Science (Chemistry) or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical testing laboratory.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Science (Chemistry) or Pharmacy.
- 5 years of testing experience in cosmetic or pharmaceutical labs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work in shifts.

- Strong understanding of GLP, GMP, and laboratory safety.
