Job Purpose
To manage an environmentally sustainable production plan that minimizes the impact of site operations and ensures statutory compliance for the smooth functioning of the site.
Key Accountabilities
- Sustainable Operations: Plan and execute operations and maintenance in coordination with the site head of environment to promote sustainability and cost control.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to consent conditions and fulfill all statutory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as per guidelines to ensure full compliance.
- Project Execution: Oversee the execution of new projects per plan to meet timelines and prevent production delays.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.).
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in environmental management and compliance within manufacturing or similar environments.
