Role: Technical Associate: Publisher
The role demands an experienced Publisher with a demonstrated ability to execute responsibilities in a highly regulated and process-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Publishing and performing technical validation (eCTD/CTD/NeeS/Paper) for LATAM and Canadian submissions.
- Performing final technical quality review.
- Dispatching submissions to the relevant authority (eCTD/CTD/NeeS/Paper) or affiliate for onward submission.
- Conducting post-submission processing, such as receiving acknowledgment of submission receipt, capturing electronic receipts and metadata in RIM, and communicating submission receipt to stakeholders.
- Capturing correspondence from health authorities, including uploading documentation, commitments, and metadata.
Qualifications We Seek in You!
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Science Graduate
- In-depth working knowledge of eCTD submissions and industry-standard publishing systems
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines, CTD Structure, and expertise with publishing tools like Liquent, Docubridge, etc.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Pharmacy Regulatory Affairs
