Job Description
The Executive N – Colour Academy Technologist will work towards enhancing influencers’ skills by ensuring quality training delivery and preparing them for professional painting. Responsibilities
- Training Quality Management & Capturing Market Practices – Ensuring post-training interviews and site visits, and improving training delivery based on feedback.
- Training Delivery & Capability Building – Ensuring training delivery aligns with guidelines and evaluating the capability of trainers.
- Participant Management & Tracking – Profiling participants to enable structured training.
- CA Management: Commercial & Infra – Implementing systems to improve infrastructure and timely reporting of expenses.
- Support / Training to New Trainer / Technologist – Briefing job profiles, sharing reading materials, and arranging application workshops.
- Market Understanding / Data Capturing – Regularly capturing market practices and sharing insights with the head office team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry with a minimum 50% marks in graduation or Diploma in Paint Tech (VJIT/Garware Institute) (Engg/MBAs not eligible).
- Desired: Knowledge of English and good communication skills.
- Previous Experience: Relevant experience of 0-1 years preferred.
