In the department of D3I LTO R&I, we are looking for a Research Executive.
Type of contract: 20-24 months Fixed term contract – 3P
Location: L’Oreal R&I office (no remote working), Bangalore, India
We are looking to hire for the International Department of Innovative Ingredients (D3I).
As a Research Executive, your main responsibilities are:
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices for dossier management .
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve dossier management workflows and efficiency.
- Suggest and implement solutions to enhance document control and accessibility.
To succeed in this position, you have:
- Education: BSC/MSC in chemistry
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You have/are:
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Stakeholder (internal and external) management
- Self-motivated and initiative-taking
- Proactive and a multitasker
Technical Skills and Competencies to be learnt during the assignment:
- Ability to think strategically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Critical assessment of dossier preparation with internal partners
- Conduct quality checks on dossiers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Exposure to business development activities, project management, and practical applications of solutions
