About the job
Job Accountabilities
- To check the drilling fluid parameters and assist in designing the hydraulic programs for hole cleaning and pore pressure.
- To analyze the produced gas and water samples from CBM wells and testing of prop pant sand for procurement.
- Planning of different cement jobs/acidization/cement squeezing.
- To operate and maintain all types of laboratory instruments.
- Sampling bonding of prop pant sand and other chemicals & testing of cement samples at factory premises.
- Interaction with the drilling engineer, completion engineer, and G&G personnel for better performance.
- Quality control of the chemicals for better performance and cost of the inventory control.
- Mud quality and effective drilling operation.
- Maintenance and operation of all types of laboratory equipment.
- Quality control testing of well/chemicals/produced fluids.
Skill & Competencies: Good communication skills.
Education Required: BE (Chemical) / M.Sc. (Chemistry).
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of working experience in upstream (E&P) Oil/Gas.
Desired Skills and Experience: Upstream, cement squeezing, QA, QC, drilling, CBM wells, drilling operations.
