Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role located in Odisha, India, for a Technical Assistant to MD at Fortis Chemicals – India. The Technical Assistant will provide technical support to the Managing Director and other senior executives, manage communication and scheduling, conduct research, and coordinate projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant technical support or assistant role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience working in a chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
