This is a full-time on-site role located in Odisha, India, for a Technical Assistant to MD at Fortis Chemicals – India. The Technical Assistant will provide technical support to the Managing Director and other senior executives, manage communication and scheduling, conduct research, and coordinate projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant technical support or assistant role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in a chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
