Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive
Location: JALGAON – Remote Location, IND
Function: Quality
Educational Qualification: Masters in Pharmacy or relevant qualification
Experience: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, revises, and reviews Standard Operating Procedures.
Address, resolve and mediate corrective actions in audit findings and prepares written reports as necessary. - Preparing protocols, SOPs, study reports in accordance with the GLP guidelines.
- Monitor studies to assure management that facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, practices, records, and controls are in conformance with regulatory requirements.
Perform protocol, data, report, and in lab inspections to verify conformance to SOP and - GLP requirements. Perform study sign off including QA statement preparation and report finalization.
- Evaluate responses to inspections, and perform follow-ups with respondents and management as necessary.
- Notify management of service failures.
- Assist with the hosting of client or regulatory inspections.Meet with clients to establish or clarify compliance requirements, prevention or resolution of client issues.Align
- multidisciplinary department in support of strategic goals
Trouble-shooting and resolve on any QA-related issues for GLP compliance.
Maintenance of the document management system. - Carry out job responsibilities and assignments safely and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Other duties as may be necessary.
- Performs internal GLP audits, Pre-inspection audits and assist in the coordination of audits from outside parties.
- Help the manager in performing facility audits for: Laboratory, Animal houses, Breeding facility, Quarantine facility, Computer systems and General maintenance.
- Help the manager in vendor and supplier audits
- Review of logbooks, validation and calibration records etc.
