Eligibility Criteria:
- M.Sc Organic Chemistry / Polymer Science.
- 5 to 10 Years of Experience in the Chemical Industry.
- Good Communication Skills, Good knowledge of MS Office.
Job Highlights
- Responsible to carry out and continue all the reactions, samplings, workup, and analysis.
- Carry out new product development, Process development, Performance test of raw materials, Trials related to Polymerization, Sulphonation, Amination, Amidation.
- Should have knowledge of basic safety,PPE’s, MSDS of chemicals. Follow safety guidelines & policies of Lanxess.
- Responsible for effective coordination between team operations & field.
- Must have knowledge of handling and maintenance of equipment like Reactor, Presurized reaction in Autoclaves, Julabo.
- Maintaining lab chemical stock, Maintain documents as per standards, SOPs, Maintaining records for all the tasks which are being performed related to R & D laboratory.
- Troubleshooting using design of experiments and make presentations to the management.
