DRDO-NMRL Chemistry Job Opening – Junior Research Fellow

The Junior Research Fellowship is for the period of two years (extendable as per rules) at the Monthly Stipend of Rs. 31000/-and House Rent Allowance as per existing govt rule. Interested candidates may appear for Walk-in-Interview to be held in NMRL; as per the details given below

Eligibility: Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course M.Sc (Chemistry) in first division with valid UGC-NET score
Note: Vacancies against each subject is provisional and may be increased or decreased.as per the discretion of Director; Future vacancies may be filled from the waitlisted panel candidates from the same list. The panel will be valid for one year from the date of the interview.
Important Instructions:
1. Age Limit: 28 years as on date of Walk-in-interview for general candidates. The upper age limit shall be relaxable for the candidate’s belonging to SC, ST and OBC as per Govt of India
orders.2. Those who possess the prescribed qualification acquired from recognized University/Institutions only need to attend Walk-in-Interview on 19th March 2020 at 9:30 AM which includes a written exam followed by an interview for the candidate. NMRL reserves the right not to select any candidate if suitable candidates are not available.
3. Candidates working in the Public Sector undertaking/Autonomous Bodies should bring ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the concerned authorities at the time of interview.
4. No TNDA will be paid for attending Walk-in-Interview
5. It may please be noted that the Award of fellowship does not confer on fellows any right for absorption in DRDO
6. Interested candidates have to appear before the Selection Committee on 19th March 2020 with (1) 6 copies Biodata in prescribed format (2)Original Certificates/mark sheets with self-attested photocopies of the same(3) recent passport size photograph(4) valid ID card in original(Aadhar/PAN CardNoter Id/Passport etc) (5) The candidates shall bring writing pad for written test.
7. Selection will be made on the basis of performance in written exam followed by the interview. The written exam will be of objective type and of one-hour duration. The result for the written test will be displayed in the same day. Shortlisted candidates in written exam may have to stay on their own expense for one more day for interview If required.
8. The prospective candidates may E-mail their willingness to attend walk-in-interview to [email protected] and also reconfirmation for the same should be intimated between 11th to 16th March 2020
