Junior Research Fellow Position at IITGN in Asymmetric Catalysis
IITGN is hiring CSIR NET / GATE Qualified Msc Chemistry and MSc organic chemistry candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow – JRF who have experience and are willing to work in a field related to chemistry. Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) invites applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a research project funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB). The candidate will be required to develop novel catalysts for the asymmetric vinylogous functionalization of unsaturated aldehydes. Position title: Junior Research Fellow – JRF
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. or M.S. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate. Candidate should have a valid CSIR NET/UGC or GATE score.
Preferred Skills: Hands-on-experience in organic synthesis.
Duration: Initial appointment for one year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance
Remuneration: INR 31,000/month
