Description
Key Result Areas Supporting Actions

Quality:

• Execute correct analysis
• Ensure timely delivery of analysis results to concerned departments.
• Check the deviations from specifications and bring to the notice of Section Head and Front

Line Staff of the concerned department

• Spot checking and reporting deviations in various process parameters.
• Analyze variances against set norms in Fibre quality and plot graphs highlighting the abnormalities
• Cost Control in consumption of energy, and spares.
• Identify wastes and inform to concern.
•  Optimize resource utilization.

Regulatory Compliance:

Control Laboratory operations to meet Safety & environmental standards.

• Educate and train employees for safe work practices.
• Keep abreast of Safety & Environmental regulations.

New Developments:

• Coordinate for timely execution and commissioning of new development initiatives for improvement.
• Collect and analyze current analysis procedure.
• Coordinate and implement proposals

Quality Improvement Projects:

• Ensure implementation of Quality Improvement Projects in coordination with plant personnel.
• Collect Data pertaining to critical processes.
• Conduct investigation to find out causes for abnormality in plant operations and product quality
• Implementation of QMS, EMS, OHSMS & WCM systems for continuous improvement.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
• Implement Action plan for set Objectives & Targets.
• Coordinate WCM activities in the section.
