Job Title: Executive
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Chemistry
- Total 5 years experience in Quality control department.
- Experience of ISO 9001, 14001, and OSHAS 18001,USFDA , WHO, EDQM, ISO 15378 or cGMP and regulatory audits is a plus
To manage the Quality Control function of the shifts and the Laboratory analysis of the site as per the requirement.
Responsibilities
Shift Quality Control
- To analyse all the raw material and finished goods of the site, as per the instruction from QC manager and SOP
- Follow all the required analytical methods from Development & Application department and USP Test standard
- Responsible for the In-process, outgoing quality control, and validation data
- Represent the QC department during audits and keep all the records as per regulatory requirements
- Responsible to refuse and stop production as warranted keeping the Production manager and QC manager informed
- Responsible for collection of sample and retain the sample and analyse online collection samples as per the SOP
- Support the department to translate the customer specifications into internal specifications (In Process Control)
- Responsible to ensure all operations in production are conducted to cGMP and ISO 15378 standards and aligned with Clariant global quality standards
- Ensure GMP compliance in the work place at all times by all employees. Deliver the targeted production plan and ensure complying with pre-determined quality standards Champions to Environment, Safety, Health responsibility.
- Ensures compliance with Clariant Sustainability policy.
- Responsible for review of quality control documents
Availability of laboratory instrumentation
- Responsible for calibration and maintenance of QC appliances as per the guidelines and document the same
- Ensure that required calibration of laboratory instrumentation is carried out according to schedules
Management Systems
- Generate the COA’s for all products that leave the site – SAP certificate profiles
- Create and maintain all QC documents in GMS as per the requirement
- Ensure compliance to required legal and ISO standards
- Support the following systems: Customer Complaints, Supplier Complaints, and
- Customer Audits
- Ensure that corrective/preventive actions are implemented and tracked
Environmental Safety Health Affairs
- Investigate all incidents in the quality department.
- Maintain compliance of safety during the plant visits
People and Administration
- Manage quality staff to ensure efficient and timely service to internal and external customers
- Is responsible for people development in the QC department
- Take responsibility and report to the Site Quality Manager in the absence of the Quality control manager.
