Job Title: Chemist – In Process Control
Qualification – B.Sc / M.Sc – Chemistry
Experience – Minimum 2 years preferred from Chemical Industry
Exposure – Handling HPLC and GC.
Job Location – Roha, Raigad District.
Purpose of Job : Performs routine process control tests, laboratory experiments under regular supervision.
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:-
- To execute analysis of process control samples.
- To execute the Lab.trials for the development or suitability of new products & improvement in existing products as per requirements.
- To do the Process optimization / Cost reduction in existing products.
- Trouble shooting.
- Coordinate with RM / supply chain for raw materials / specifications / MSDS / COA etc.
- Establish lab process & Scaling up as per plant design in consultation with PC lab.
- To review the results with line manager & arrive at best possible solution.
- Coordinate with production, QA, QC for test plan, specs, PS requirements etc.
- Monitor trial batches & after successful implementation, hand over to production.
- Establish lab facility & maintain equipment’s, chemicals, lab stores records.
- To train the subordinate in order to ensure the safety practices in lab.
- To maintain the detailed documents & reports.
