- Job Title: Officer – QC Analytical RMPM
- Location: Pune Biotech, MH, IN
Job Description
- Preparation of SOPs/STPs for Raw Material/Packaging Material/Consumable material and preparation of specifications as per QC format after receipt from R&D.
- Updating Specifications/STPs in line with Pharmacopoeial changes.
- Timely Sampling/Testing with online documentation of Raw Material/Packaging Material/Consumable material as per approved specifications/test procedures.
- Shipment and Tracking of RM/PM samples to commercial laboratories for outsourced test parameters.
- Management of RM/PM Retention samples and related documents.
- Routine Sampling of Water as per the approved schedule, following procedures, perform timely testing with documentation, and prepare trends as per frequency.
- Preparation of Equipment URS/Qualification Protocols pertaining to Raw Material/Packaging Material.
- Execution of Study Protocols and reports related to Raw Material/Packaging Material.
- In-house Calibration/Verification of equipment as per approved procedures and frequencies. Routine monitoring and updating of Temperature/Humidity records of equipment, including stability chambers, Incubators, deep freezers, Refrigerators, Walk-in chambers, Cold rooms, etc.
- Reporting Deviations/OOS and Safety risks to the supervisor when observed.
- Attending GMP/On-job/Additional Training as per the approved training matrix and updating training records.
- Ensuring cGMP Compliance in the laboratory.
- Ensuring Safety Compliance at the workplace.
- Compliance with EHS Management System – procedures, guidelines, policy, practices, requirements, and applicable legal compliances on site.
Additional Job Responsibilities
- Initiating and Tracking Procurement of chemicals, reagents, consumables, and maintaining inventory records.
- Performing Sample Management through SAP/manual procedures and timely handling of test data sheets and samples to the respective laboratory/section.
- Any responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Work Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Education: Master’s in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry
