Eligibility: A minimum of Bachelor Degree or Masters in Science or Pharmacy is required.

Experience: A dynamic professional with 3 plus years of experience in Production- Packing or Quality Assurance in Pharmaceutical industry is required.

Job Description:

  • To monitor and ensure the all activities involved in visual inspection, Labelling and packing functions are in compliance with GMP and standard operating procedures.
  • Involve in & Review of Master Formulae, Master packing record, Protocols, reports, SOPs, Annexures.
  • To review manufacturing data of the Visual inspection, labelling & packing batches, batch packing record and log books periodically.
  • To ensure and comply the finished product time out of refrigeration.
  • To monitor the shop floor line clearances and in process/AQL checks without fail as time manner.
  • Reports the deviations on timely manner.
  • To monitor and to be qualify the manual Visual inspection operator qualification program.
  • To monitor that the finished product packaging profile without mix-ups.
  • To ensure the Qualification and Calibrations of Visual inspection, labelling & packing equipment.
  • To ensure the material management of Visual inspection, labelling & packing departments.
  • Responsible for site readiness towards self and regulatory inspections.
  • To identify, correct and promptly report un safe conditions, behaviors or potentially hazardous situations.
  • Responsible to organize and maintain the HSE management system and performance.

Job Requirement:

  • This position requires a minimum travel within and outside of India as per business requirement.
  • This position requires adapting well to new and advance quality systems.
  • This position requires working in shift as per business need.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language

  • A strong knowledge of GMPs in both domestic and international regulatory environments related to Production- Packing is required.
  • Strong documentation review skills
  • Proven ability to report related to Deviations on timely manner.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience in all major equipment’s like automatic visual inspection, labelling, packing and serialization machines is required.
  • Experience in Sterile Pharmaceutical Industry is an advantageous.
  • Exposure to Regulatory audits is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization and the ability to work effectively in an International multicultural matrix organization is strongly preferred.
