Job Title: Manager – QA / QC

Eligibility: MSc. (Analytical chemistry) preferred OR M.Sc. (Organic / Inorganic chemistry)
Experience: 5-7 years experience in handling Analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Particle size, etc.
Desirable:
- Pigment end applications testing knowledge – Paints, Inks, Plastics, Injection molding
- Quality control or Quality Assurance or Analytical lab experience is preferred.
- SAP, Product regulatory compliance and ISO 9001/14001 data management knowledge preferred.
Raw material analytical testings (GC, HPLC, FTIR, Titration, etc), Traded Pigment products testing, calibration of Instruments, SAP, ISO documentation.
Responsibilities:
Analytical Lab
- To test samples as per standard test methods and report the results.
- Method development for new Raw materials and semifinised products
- Analytical evaluation of competition, customer and vendor samples
Documentation
- To ensure documentation of test procedures & results
- Preparation of reports and Certificate of Analysis (COA) in SAP
ISO System requirements
- To maintain procedures, Work Instructions, formats as per ISO requirements
- Ensure that safety regulations are adhered to in the work place.
- To ensure timely calibration of equipments and maintain records
Handling Customer Complaints
- Supports customer complaint processing
- Physical handling of retained samples
- Reports to QA functionally
SAP
Support QM to establish and maintain QM, SAP and other processes.
