Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Formulation & Development team in the execution of ingredient compatibility studies.
- Conduct negative studies and formulation evaluations.
- Perform hold-time studies and feasibility batch manufacturing and assessment.
- Execute validation batch documentation and process optimization studies.
- Conduct dissolution testing and stability batch preparation, monitoring, and testing.
- Support formulation scale-up activities and troubleshooting during development.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and prepare technical reports and supporting documentation.
Eligibility for the Trainee Research Associate Role:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or M.Pharm.
- 0-2 years of experience in Formulation & Development, Research & Development, or Product Development.
- Fresh postgraduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or industrial training are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Specialty Ingredients industries will be preferred.
