Eligibility:
For Project Scientist: Ph.D. or (M.Sc in Science + 3 Yrs of Exp)
For Project Engineer: M.Tech or (B.Tech+ 3 Yrs of Exp.)
Desirable: At least a masters’ degree in engineering in the areas of electrical/electronics, mechanical, materials, chemical or nanotechnology along with four years’ experience, if applying for a project engineer position. At least a masters’ degree in the areas of physics, chemistry or nanoscience with four years’ experience, if applying for project scientist position.
Experience: Candidate should have experience for at least two years with solar cell device and module manufacture. He/she ought to be comfortable and conversant in using vacuum equipment, glove boxes and apparatus processing equipment for device manufacture. He/she should have expertise and knowledge of characterization of cells to obtain current-voltage characteristics, and response behavior
of the apparatus.Desirable Experience: The knowledge and ability to use slot-die coating and/or other printing/coating equipment for printable electronics will be strongly desirable.
Salary: Rs. 26400-2200-66000 /- per month based on qualification and competence.
Duration of appointment: Maximum three years or till the end of project, whichever is earlier.
