Job Title: Manager R & D
Work Location: Tumkur
Eligibility:
- M.Sc.in chemistry with 10+ years of experience in Process development in Pharma or aroma manufacturing companies
- Ph.D.in Chemistry with 4-5years experience in process development in Pharma or aroma manufacturing companies
Job Description:
- To develop scalable, feasible processes for the production of Synthetic fragrance active compounds.
- To actively participate in the transfer of the optimized process from R&D to pilot and plant
- To record and maintain the experimental details and the analytical results of the experiments in the R&D.
- To promptly report the experimental results with the management.
- To strictly follow, maintain and ensure safety and good housekeeping in R&D
- Optimize team performance through excellent leadership, stretching and goal setting, coaching, and development.
- Build and stay updated on the technical developments in both academia and chemical industry.
- Lead and develop a team of supporting chemists.
