Job Description:

• Handle a group of assigned study tasks such as benchmarking of goals, compilation of research information associated with the assigned research and development procedures while meeting time goals and ensuring regulatory compliances such as ISO, NABL and Internal Management system.
• Manage and implement laboratory and scale-up actions for analysis and development, cost reduction, value addition and brand new innovation where actions involve improvement, analytical testing & methodology production, formula & product growth.
• Ensure/validate reproducibility of experimental information generated
• Organize/Manage centers for experiments for synthesis, compounding, characterization and analysis and up the scale.
• Work on present or modify/ devise process development for solving the delegated job in timely way.
• Generation of SOPs for laboratory and scale experiments up.
• Review and analysis of methodologies and experiments including evaluation and evaluation methods completed using standard evaluation methods / Recover samples throughout the testing
• Ensure success of set landmarks for laboratory / scale-up research
• Compile / edit draft technical reports/manuscripts for novel and IP
• Manage Appropriate disposal of chemical waste created from lab and pilot plant experiments
• Coordinate security procedures like PHA (process hazard analysis) and PSSR (Prestart up security evaluation ), Risk evaluation of new and present protocols of testing/analysis, MOC (direction of change) etc.. )
• To create scientific/technical data, utilizing
  established systems, protocols and procedures
• Create new systems and tools and methods
• Might have responsibility for supplying different people
  with directions and advice to complete tasks that have been delegated
• Performs component of a crucial task using quite

Essential Attributes (Expertise and Qualifications)
