Position Goal:
The role holder will report to the Sr.. Team Leader — Procedure Innovation and will perform research tasks as designing and conducting scientific experiments, assessing and interpreting results resulting in important value to the work of PI by Procedure Development.
Strategic Obligations:
- Actively imbibing the principles and doctrine of PI Industries
- Successful contribution to the total achievement of CreAgro Chemistry by forcing innovation and staff performance based on goals and goals being defined by the Manager and Head of Chemistry.
- Fullfilling demands as set by Group Leader and Team Leader, e. g. within particular Research Projects
- Ensuring the safety of intellectual property for CreAgro (patent software, ensuring freedom-to-operate)
trapping self Connected to chemistry understanding through literature scanning to boost creation - Support the Team Leader with particular focus on goal setting and continuously seek practical feedback
Operational Responsibilities:
Utilize the Team to reach and exceed goals within the framework given by the Group Leader and Team Leader of Procedure
InnovationKeep self updated about the state of the art in artificial chemistry advancement and processes, while setting particular focus on advanced procedure research
Constant reporting and documentation of research results obtained within the area of responsibility as described in the SOP / principle
Seek operational support knowingly from Team Leader
Carrying out literature investigation using accessible tools (Reaxis/Scifinder/Patents etc.. )
Carrying out artificial experiments safely, effectively, capturing all of the experimental procedures and information efficiently
Updating the Team Leader about the operational progress/issues of this job on a regular basis
Constructive and busy particiption in most technical and operational meetings of the Team

Education Qualifications
MSc/PhD in Organic Chemistry from a reputed University / Institute in India or abroad with excellent academic qualifications
Work Experience
- Great experimentalist with expertise in business for 2-7 years, rather from Contract Research Organization (CRO) & Contract Research and Manufacturing Services (CRAMS).
- Experience of working in process study
- Industry to be Hired from
