Project Title: Nanoparticle-mediated inhibition of PRDX2 for selective killing of CHEK2-defective colorectal cancer cells by synthetic lethality

Age Limit: Must not be over 28 years as on 8th Feb 2018 which is relaxable for certain
reserved categories as per rules of Government of India.
Salary: Rs.25000/- (consolidated) for JRF with NET/GATE and Rs.14000/- + HRA (20%) for PA without NET/GATE.
Qualifications:
- Essential : M.Sc./M.Tech degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Bioscience/ Nano Sciences & Nano-technology with strong desire to work in the area of Cancer Nanomedicine.
- Desirable : Candidate having working experience in Western Blotting, immunohistochemistry, mammalian cell culture, animal model will be preferred.
How to Apply:
- The position is purely temporary and on contractual basis and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of one and a half year years. The position is co-terminus with the project. Candidate selected for this position can also apply for the regular PhD program of INST provided they satisfy eligibility criteria.
