Work Responsibility
1. Know the Physical and chemical testing’s.
2. X- Ray operation
3. Equipment calibration
4. Standard solution preparation
5. Gravimetric analysis of Cement & Raw materials.
6. Raw materials handling
7. Shift operations
8. Bag testing
9. BIS Record maintenance
10. Calibration records updates.
11. SAP Knowledge
1. QUALITY CONTROL:
a. Testing in shift for raw mix, clinker, cement etc.
b. XRF Operation / Calibration
c. Chemical analysis / Physical testing of raw materials and finish product.
d. BIS, ISO and NABL knowledge
e. Coordination with other departments for shift activities
f. Maintenance of BIS record as per STI and submission of statutory fees and applications in time.
g. Environment External & Internal. Liaison with State Pollution Control Board for various consents as an Environmental Engineer & renewal of certificate, payment of water cess, submission of ambient analysis, Return of Hazardous waste etc.
h. Knowledge of SAP and preparation of daily report
i. Quality checking of raw materials, Quality checking of cement, Calibration of lab equipment
j. Maintenance of spares, chemical & glass wares
k. Conducting concrete trials with TASC, analysis of complaint samples
l. Housekeeping of inside and outside of laboratory, Testing of empty bags
2. RAW MATERIAL HANDLING:
a. Monitoring of gypsum unloading through rakes
b. Shifting and storage of gypsum
c. Management of wheel loader operation
3. Environment management
a. Compliance of EC, CTE, CTO norms
b. Submission of reports in time
c. Compliance of Hazardous waste management Rule
