Job Description:
- Responsible for Production activities should have operational knowledge of sterile manufacturing equipment like Autoclaves, Vial filling line, PFS filling line, Cartridge filling line, Vial, cartridge, PFS inspection machines, etc.
- Ensure the Procedures are followed to ensure cGMP.
- Ensure the schedule of production, qualification, validation are adhered
- Ensure the excursions and deviations are reported and recorded.
- Ensure the checks are done and recorded, wherever recommended.
- Ensure the area and its machineries are in state of qualification.
- Ensure the products are manufactured as per schedule within stipulated cost.
- Prepare SOPs, wherever required.
- Investigate or help in investigation wherever required.
- Understand GMP and ensure compliance to it.
- Work by following laid down safety standards.
