Responsible for Production activities should have operational knowledge of sterile manufacturing equipment like Autoclaves, Vial filling line, PFS filling line, Cartridge filling line, Vial, cartridge, PFS inspection machines, etc.
Ensure the Procedures are followed to ensure cGMP.
Ensure the schedule of production, qualification, validation are adhered
Ensure the excursions and deviations are reported and recorded.
Ensure the checks are done and recorded, wherever recommended.
Ensure the area and its machineries are in state of qualification.
Ensure the products are manufactured as per schedule within stipulated cost.
Prepare SOPs, wherever required.
Investigate or help in investigation wherever required.
Understand GMP and ensure compliance to it.
Work by following laid down safety standards.
