Job Title: Production Associate for Strides Shasun – API Plant at Ambernath

Salary: Rs. 2,50,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.
Job Description:
- Responsible for carrying out the production operations as per the instructions in the BPCR and instructions of production officer (Shift In charge).
- Operation and cleaning of all production equipments as per the relevant SOPs.
- Perform Production operations like batch charging, layer separation, filtration, heating-cooling operations, drying, distillation, centrifuge, powder processing, water plant operations.
- Sampling of in process, intermediates, and finished products and in process analysis as and when required.
- Record keeping of daily activities in the concerned logbooks. Filling of BPCRs and other production related documents neatly and on time.
- Ensuring safety while carrying out the production activities by using appropriate Personnel Protective
- Equipments as mentioned in the BPCR and instructed by Shift In charge.
- Minimizing of wastages during production activities.
- Reporting of abnormalities/deviations in production activities (Processes or Equipment) immediately to Shift In charge.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the production area. Cleaning of the areas before and after the production activities.
Qualifications:
- UG – B.Sc – Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. – Chemical, Diploma – Chemical
- PG – MS/M.Sc(Science) – Chemistry
- Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required
Desired Candidate profile:
- Having good understanding of good manufacturing practices ,good documentation practices and QMS applicable in production area of API manufacturing and recording various production activities in batch manufacturing records, Equipment cleaning Records, equipment log books as per cGMP norms.
- Having good understanding of classified areas , gowning procedures and other requirements of maintaining clean areas.
- Having good understanding of basic concept of safety , understanding MSDS, different types of hazards associated with material and capable of handling chemicals in safe way while working.
