Applications are invited (along with a recent passport size photograph and attested photocopies of date of birth certificate, degrees, mark sheets, experience certificates and list of publication etc.) from the eligible candidates for the one post of Senior Research Fellow in the research project “A study of factors affecting the chemical parameters of milk fat/ghee in Punjab with special reference to Reichert Meissl (RM) and Polenske (PV) value” funded by the Milkfed Punjab. The post is purely temporary and is for six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier. The term of fellowship may be extended for further period provided that the performance of the candidate is found satisfactory. The required qualifications are here under:

Qualifications –
- M.Sc/M.Tech in Dairy Chemistry/Dairy Microbiology/Dairy Technology/Food Technology/Food Science and Technology/Biochemistry with working experience in any of the above subjects with minimum OGPA 6.5/10 or 65% marks.OrPhD in Dairy Chemistry/Dairy Microbiology/Dairy Technology/Food Technology/Food Science and Technology/Biochemistry with working experience in any of the above subjects with minimum OGPA 6.5/10 or 65 % marks.
Preference will be given to the candidate having specialization in dairying. - Knowledge of Punjabi up to metric level.
Note: The candidate without knowledge of Punjabi will be considered/ appointed provided candidate with knowledge of Punjabi is not available.
