Pharmacy Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience at supervisory level in production in a tablet manufacturing facility
Job Description:
- The Incumbent as part of the Generation Team is accountable for ensuring constant and effective Generation volumes concerning Quantity, Quality, Budgets, Plan, GMP, security, Productivity, return and disciplinary criteria as shown, for a given field of operations/zone.
- To oversee the production tasks guiding problem shooting and the operators for the functioning of machines/processes.
- To co-ordinate and follow up with Planning and warehouse for timely dispensing of material, availability of material and receipt of finished goods.
- To do the weekly and monthly planning of production schedules.
- To maintain shop floor discipline by controlling absenteeism/tardiness/loitering and identify any waste full practices.
- To coordinate with purchase debt and vendor for ordering and rectification issues of machines and packing material.

To initiate Event report form/Change Control procedure as required under the relevant SOP.

To plan the production schedule by preparing a Production plan
- To help prepare documentation like Batch Manufacturing Records, protocols etc.
