- Location: Dewas API – Production Block 2
Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out planned production activities in shifts as per the production schedule and to coordinate with the concerned departments.
- To do the entries in the BPRs and related other documents as per the performed activity in the plant.
- To do the entries of records as per their respective SOP’s (equipment log book, cleaning records, calibration records, etc.).
- To be on their dedicated work station & properly hand over the charge to another employee (who is well trained to perform the task) and inform their superior prior to leaving the workplace.
- To maintain shop floor discipline and ensure a harmonious relationship among employees.
- To carry out plant operations safely.
- Maintain the area as per the requirements of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and update related documents. To ensure the implementation of EHS and safety practices during the execution of work, verify the hazardous waste material sent for incineration.
- To follow the cGMP practices during work & ensure compliances to related SOPs.
- To maintain & ensure the cleanliness of equipment and its surroundings.
- To ensure the training records are updated in time for self and plant personnel.
- To ensure that equipment is maintained in a qualified state and instruments are in a calibrated state.
- To complete validation/qualification activities as per protocol.
- Proper manpower planning as per shift and optimum utilization of available resources for maximum productivity.

- Educational Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry)/ B.E (Chemical Engineering)
- Experience: Tenure: 2-5 Yrs
