Job Description
On Top Pharmaceuticals is hiring for the Production Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing routine production activities, coordinating with the QA, QC, and R&D departments, ensuring process compliance, following SOPs, maintaining batch records, and supporting overall manufacturing operations. The role requires good understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Candidates must be willing to attend face-to-face interviews.
Requirements
· 1–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or related manufacturing processes
· Ability to work closely with QA, QC, and R&D teams
· Knowledge of GMP, documentation practices, and production workflow
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Male candidates preferred
· Candidates residing in Bangalore will be given priority
Qualification
· B.Pharm
· B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry
Salary
· Salary will be based on the candidate’s previous work experience, skills, and current CTC
· Final compensation will be discussed during the interview based on company standards
