IISER Pune Recruitment 2020 – Chemistry Job Opening
Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune is a premier autonomous
Institution established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government
of India, for promotion of high-quality science education and research in the country.
Institute invites applications from Indian nationals having excellent
academic record and relevant work experience for the following position purely on
the temporary and contractual basis under the funded project:

Minimum Educational Qualifications
Ph. D. in Chemistry
Candidates who have submitted their thesis may also apply.
Preference Candidates having experience in first-principles electronic
structure calculations and open for in-house experimental collaborations will be preferred.
Job requirement Incumbent is expected to carry first-principles
computational modelling of materials relevant to energy applications.
Tenure of the appointment Up to September 30, 2020
Consolidated emoluments
1) Rs.47,000/- + 24% HRA to Rs. 54,000/- + 24% HRA per month depending upon the experience
2) Candidates who have submitted their thesis, but not completed defense
(i.e. candidates without a provisional certificate of having qualified for the degree), will be designated as Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and paid Rs. 35,000/- + 24% HRA per month till the time of submission of Provisional Ph.D. certificate.Age RA: Not more than 35 years as on the closing date of an Advertisement.
SRF: Not more than 32 years as on the closing date of an Advertisement.
HOW TO APPLY:
- At the time of walk-in interview, applicants need to bring duly filled prescribed
application form (available below advertisement link), self-attested photocopies of
certificates in support of educational qualification, experience, date of birth and in
support of information submitted in the application form and one recent passport size
colour photograph. - The applicant must also bring all the original certificates at the time of interview
for the purpose of verification. - In case the candidates are unable to attend walk-in interview physically, they can also
appear over Skype for the interview. Such candidates should send their applications
