Job Description
Job Responsibility as Senior Executive – Manufacturing:
- Responsible for preparing packaging planning monthly and daily as per the requirements and availability of materials.
- Responsible for updating on self-hygiene.
- Responsible for attending the training as per the training schedule and ensuring the training is conducted as per TNI.
- Responsible for working as per standard operating procedures, in the general area of the sterile manufacturing department.
- Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, control, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures of the General Area in the Sterile Manufacturing Department.
- Responsible for BPR Preparation.
- Senior Executive – Manufacturing Job role also includes ensuring that all equipment and lines are validated and calibrated.
- Responsible for checking all the records and log books related to the general area and equipment of the packaging and inspection area.
- Responsible for training all the subordinates, technicians, and operators of the department.
- Follow the cGMP, have good document practice, and be disciplined in the department.
- Responsible for document handling of Packing and Inspection.
- Responsible for monitoring all the activities related to packing and inspection.
Qualifications Required for Senior Executive – Manufacturing:
Education: B.Sc., B.Pharma, M.Sc., M.Pharma
Total Experience: 2 – 7 Years in a sterile manufacturing plant
