Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- First Point of Contact: Provide technical support and triage issues in Clinical Supply Chain systems.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years demonstrated experience in the scientific IT area, preferably in pharma/biotech environments.
- Skills: Proficiency in clinical supply chain management software and database systems.
