Job Description
The primary purpose of the Formulation Scientist role: The primary purpose of the Formulation Scientist role is to develop and optimize formulations for new and existing products, ensuring they meet regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most:
- Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field from reputed institutions.
- Minimum 7-8 yrs of proven experience in formulation development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of formulation principles, techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using formulation software and laboratory equipment.
