Mondelez Quality Jobs: Job Description
The Executive in Quality will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety, employee safety, and sanitation programs. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance plant productivity and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Food Safety, Employee Safety & Sanitation Programs are developed, complied to and executed with excellence.
- Zero TIR, 100% BOS compliance, LOTO compliance.
- Improve efficiencies in support of plant productivity i.e. on time start-ups, turnover time, sustainability – water use/waste/recycling.
- Leading Hold and release, Consumer Complaints/CAPA, Traceability, GMP, Training capability, Sanitation, HACCP, Labelling, Net content control, Allergen control management, Extraneous matter management, Pest Management QP for line.
- Defect reduction with optimization of process parameters.
- Communicate & champion Online Quality Vision.
- Commercialization/project liaison with BD/Engineering responsible for Line Design i.e. equipment, infrastructure, foreign material control and sanitation program qualification.
- End-to-end planning and execution of any NPD, trial and changes in existing recipe.
- Support risk assessment/management by conducting technical investigations.
- Develop functional/technical skills of Quality & Manufacturing team members site.
- Enables effective execution of 100% Quality Policies & programs at the manufacturing sites as per Mondelez quality policy requirements.
- Acts as liaison between plants and corporate technical teams to provide training and support to address sanitation, pest control and infrastructure and equipment hygienic design challenges.
- Stays current on industry standards and continuous process improvement on emerging clean in place (CIP) processes and systems.
- Effectively be able to work cross functionally to execute against sanitation related tasks, prioritize level of importance, and escalate opportunities around staffing and training gaps.
- Led the role with driving all key areas from end to end planning of resources to deliver the targeted KPI.
- Leading Digitalization for IOT Quality E2E on lines.
Experience & Functional Skills:
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Food Technology/Microbiology/Chemistry.
- For Mondelez Quality Jobs, a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry is required.
- Sound knowledge of Quality, Food Safety and other local regulatory standards.
