Internal: QC, QA, SCM & Safety

Experience: 4-8 years experience in manufacturing (API) as per Pharma Manufacturing GMP requirements.
Responsibilities of Team Member Production Job
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Participate and adhere to all EHS continual improvement & line responsibilities (Eg. Emergency mock drill participation, training, permit to work, etc.)
- Follow all the site safety requirements and exhibit positive behavior in the safety culture transformation.
- Follow all permit-to-work procedures in shop-floor activities.
- Follow the required Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) usage while performing the shop-floor operations.
- Identify the unsafe conditions / unsafe acts and report to the Manager/EHS team and report any safety-related incidents, accidents, learning incidents, or illnesses.
Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical)
Required Skills: GMP knowledge, Leadership quality
