Core Purpose of the Role: Analytical development activities supporting process development.

Role Accountabilities:

• Method development, method evaluation, and validation of analytical methods.
• Handling of HPLC and GC instruments for assigned projects.
• Handling of KF instruments for checking the moisture content of raw materials, solvents, and products.
• Recording observations of experiments/activities, results, utilization of resources, and other analytical activities in LNB or ELNB, following guidelines and in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality.
• Adherence to all good documentation procedures and data integrity policies.
• Ensure compliance with environment, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) requirements at all times in the workplace, ensuring safety for individuals and lab/plant.
• As an employee of Syngene, ensure safe operations and adherence to Syngene’s quality and integrity standards.
• Responsibility for the safety of self and colleagues by following safety protocols.
• Adherence to all EHS policies and standards at all times in the workplace.
• Wearing all required PPE.
• Adherence to Syngene’s data integrity policies and quality standards.
• Acknowledge understanding and compliance with the terms and conditions as outlined.

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Demonstrated Capability:

• Good knowledge in Analytical Chemistry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualification: M.Sc
