Job Description
The NIFTEM-Thanjavur jobs will be filled through a walk-in interview for the selection of Research Associate I and Young Professionals on a contract basis for various projects. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects related to food technology and processing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development activities in assigned projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Research Associate I: PhD in Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Food Technology.
- Young Professional II: MTech or MSc in Food Technology / Food Process Engineering / related fields.
- Young Professional I: BTech or MSc in Food Technology / Food Process Engineering / related fields.
Required Skills
- Experience in natural product development.
