Our Team:
Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India, established to centralize processes and activities that support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SGH aims to be a strategic partner for tactical deliveries to the Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally within Sanofi.
Main Responsibilities:
The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:
- Content Creation: Create specialized content with limited supervision and support the end-to-end publication/medical education content development process, including documentation and approval in PromoMats/Datavision/MATRIX. Develop and maintain therapeutic area expertise, work closely with peers to establish best practices, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- People:
- Maintain effective relationships with end stakeholders (medical scientific community) within the allocated Global Business Unit and product to develop education and communication content as required.
- Interact effectively with healthcare professionals on publication content.
- Assist other writers in building knowledge and sharing expertise.
- Performance:
- Provide publication/medical education materials (slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, etc.) as per agreed timelines and quality.
- Offer strategic support with individuals and institutions that may serve as resources for publication purposes.
- Process:
- Develop complex publication/medical education material.
- Support medical communication and develop subject matter expertise in the assigned therapeutic area.
- Assist the scientific communication team in conducting comprehensive publication-need analysis.
- Implement elements of the publication plan and associated activities for the year as identified for the region.
- Collaborate with selected vendors to deliver required outputs as per the defined process.
- Design an action plan based on end-user feedback to improve content and delivery.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with scientific communication teams in regions/areas to identify publication needs and support in developing assigned deliverables.
- Liaise with Product Managers, MSLs, and the medical department to prepare relevant and customized deliverables.
About You
- Experience: 2+ years in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team
- Technical Skills: Relevant to therapeutic area/domain knowledge, publication submission, and project management
- Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or similar discipline, or a medical degree
- Languages: Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
