Seeking an experienced chemist/engineer/scientist to provide technical expertise and support to our Solenis product portfolio for raw material qualification. The focus of this role will be to lead and deliver raw material management projects for R&D. This role works in collaboration with supply chain, sourcing, and formulation scientists to qualify raw materials.
The successful candidate will be:
- A highly motivated, knowledgeable individual capable of solving a wide variety of problems.
- Equipped with a strong technical background to manage and prioritize shorter-term projects and product developments.
This individual will effectively partner with other departments such as:
- Regulatory function
- Supply Chain and sourcing leads
- Technical Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Raw Material qualification projects.
- Drive margin improvement projects.
- Ensure Raw Material compliance.
- Serve as a technical partner to regional sourcing leadership teams on behalf of R&D.
- Act as the focal point for all R&D-related matters in the raw material management process.
- Prioritize RM projects.
- Employ a problem-solving mindset, working in a systematic fashion.
- Exhibit a “can do attitude” to help drive the business and supply chain forward.
