Age Limit (as on 01 August 2026):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 26 Years
- Upper Age Relaxation: SC, ST – 5 years; OBC (NCL) – 3 years; PwBD – 10 years
Qualification Criteria:
- Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification in the relevant discipline specified against the respective Field of Training and should have successfully passed the qualifying examination as on 01 August 2026.
- Candidates awaiting the results of the qualifying examination are not eligible to apply.
- The prescribed qualification shall have been acquired through full-time regular courses from Universities/Institutions approved or recognized by UGC/AICTE/AIU or any other competent Government Authority, as applicable.
- Candidates shall possess a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the prescribed qualification.
- A relaxation of 10% in the minimum qualifying percentage of marks shall be applicable to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).
- Wherever CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade is awarded, candidates shall produce the equivalent percentage certificate issued by the University/Institution at the time of document verification.
- The minimum percentage shall be calculated based on the aggregate of all semesters/years.
- Only the qualification and discipline notified against each Field of Training shall be considered.
- Applications under this Scheme shall be restricted to candidates domiciled in the respective State and able to produce valid proof of domicile.
Stipend:
Under FACT OJT Recruitment, trainees shall be paid a monthly consolidated stipend as follows:
- For Categories 1 to 13: Rs. 15,000 (1st Year), Rs. 16,000 (2nd Year)
- For Category 14: Rs. 11,000 (1st Year), Rs. 12,000 (2nd Year)
