Job Description:
- Designing of new formulations (Tablets, liquids) as per project requirements. Preparation of sample premixes as per requirements received from the marketing team and sending them for analysis and to the customer for trial purposes.
- Conduct stability studies.
- Making Cost Data Sheet (CDS) for costing of the proposed product.
- New product (Vitamin and Mineral premix) designing, including calculations for Vitamins and Mineral label claims and respective sources.
- Maintain calibration of lab instruments and equipment.
- Maintain documents of lab trials, analytical reports, samples dispatched, marketing queries, audits, and other day-to-day work requirements.
- Follow up and review pending analysis samples and documents.
- Follow up with external customers and outsourcing labs for billing and pending analysis reports.
- Procurement of new raw materials as per requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety measures.
- Impart and organize internal training activities for HNH and ANH department personnel.
- Ensure compliance with audits.
- Zone owner of the R&D department, responsible for sanitation.
- Ensure avoidance of breaches in data integrity.
- Responsible for producing quality products and maintaining quality.
