You will be responsible for:
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external, oral and in writing, in local country language and English) proficient in English writing.
- Good customer service skill, ability to understand customers, patients, as well as other external stakeholders’ views and needs.
- High level of scientific and ethical integrity, always putting patient safety at the forefront.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
- Well executed of Excel / Word / PPT etc. office software, adapt to all kinds of English operation / system interface.
- Outgoing and proactive, responsible, careful, and good ability to work under pressure.
About you:
Candidate should be:
- B. Pharm with 1 year Pharma industry experience or 1 year of relevant clinic/hospital/retail pharmacy experience (e.g., dispensary role) or at least 1 year experience of call center/customer service.
- Knowledge of diseases and drug therapies especially Oncology/Vaccines and Diabetes.
- Understanding of pharma business models and the pharma industry climate and landscape in local market.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to innovate with practical solutions for complex issues.
Key skills: Proficiency in English, Pharmacy Background, Already worked in a similar domain previously.
Sub skills: Good customer skill.
