JOB DESCRIPTION
§ Perform the reaction as per guidance of group leaders and prepare experimental table
§ Interpretation of analytical results
§ Knowledge of safety during performing reaction in Lab
§ Capability of performing reaction on gm scale to 1 kg scale
§ Provide support to team leader for drafting of PDR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analytical method development for Raw material, Intermediates, and Drug substance and equipment cleaning.
- Method validation for related substances, assay and carryover study.
- Support to regulatory affairs and customers for queries from various regulatory agencies.
- Support in analytical method transfers to plants and customers. Have to travel to a different location for troubleshooting as per requirement.
- Calibration of instruments such as UV, IR, HPLC, GC, Autotitrator, Polarimeter etc.
- LNB writing and all documentation as per 21 CFR compliance.
- Support in preparation of required documents for PDR.
QUALIFICATIONS
Mpharm, Msc Organic Chemistry
Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry
